Delivery Timeframes:
If your order contains a stocked item, it will be shipped the same business day if ordered before 11 a.m. AEST, Monday–Friday (excluding Austral products, which may take 1–3 days to dispatch).
Estimated Delivery Times:
Sydney, Melbourne, ACT, Brisbane Metro: 1–5 business days*
Outside of Metro Areas: 2–10 business days* (if serviced)
Adelaide Metro: 2–10 business days*
Regional Areas: Up to 19 business days*
Excluded Locations: We do not ship to NT, WA, TAS, certain rural and remote areas, or locations off the mainland of Australia.
We have limited coverage for cities outside metro areas. If you’re unsure whether we can deliver to your location, please contact our team before placing an order.
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. A physical address is required to ensure a smooth delivery process.
Important Notes About Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are based on courier-provided timelines. Actual delivery may take up to 10 business days and can be affected by:
- Seasonal demand (e.g., Christmas, public holidays, major sales)
- Local courier delays and unforeseen disruptions
- Couriers do not call before delivery as this is not part of their service.
- Made-to-Order Clotheslines – Delivery timeframes start after manufacturing. These products cannot be returned.
Free Shipping Policy
Simply Clotheslines offers free shipping (when applicable) to most populated areas in Australia. However, some regional areas may require depot pickup. If you live in a remote location, please contact us before ordering to confirm shipping availability.
What Happens if My Order is Delayed?
If your order hasn’t arrived by the latest estimated timeframe, please contact Simply Clotheslines directly for assistance.
Enhanced Shipping Coverage – Extra Protection for Your Order
We already cover loss or damage in transit, but our Enhanced Shipping Coverage provides additional benefits:
- Faster issue resolution for lost or damaged items
- Extended time to report transit damage – 72 hours instead of 24
- Extended return window – 45 days instead of 30
This optional add-on gives you extra peace of mind for a smoother shopping experience.
Damaged or Lost Items?
In the rare event your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours via email with a picture so we can process a claim. Our goods in transit are fully insured, but claims cannot be processed after this timeframe.
If you've purchased Enhanced Shipping Coverage, you’ll have 72 hours to report transit damage.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and courier details so you can monitor your delivery. (Tracking does not apply to Austral products.)
Simply Clotheslines does not ship outside of Australia.
