1. Where is your location?

Our main sales and distribution centre is in Sydney, NSW. Our Made to Order products are crafted in Sydney, and we have distribution hubs across all states.

2. Can I order via phone?

3. What does delivery cost?

Delivery is on us! It's absolutely free. More details are available on our Shipping page.

4. Do you offer installation or removal?

We don't provide these services. We suggest contacting a local handyman. If you opt for installation, ensure they consult the product manual.

5. Delivery time for my clothesline?

Deliveries typically take 1-5 business days to East Coast metro areas and 1-7 business days to SA and regional areas. Couriers do ask for up to 10 working days for a delivery though. Keep in mind delivery times are a guide only and can change during seasonal demand, sale periods and public holidays. Though we dispatch orders quickly, we can't guarantee specific delivery dates.

6. How will my order be shipped?

We ship using various couriers, depending on package size and destination. More on our Shipping page.

7. I only received part of my order. Why?

Sometimes items get separated during shipping and are delivered in multiple batches. If your complete order doesn't arrive within a few days, please contact us.

8. Can I get a custom-sized clothesline?

Yes, for folding frame and ground mount styles. We can adjust the width for free on our Air Dry Made to Order range. Details about customisation are in the product descriptions.

9. Can I pick up my clothesline?

Currently, we allow pickups only for Austral-branded products. Need to arrange a pickup? Contact our support team.

10. Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Paypal, Poli Pay and AfterPay without any extra charges.

11. How do I install my clothesline?

The installation varies by product. Each product description offers DIY installation guidelines and detailed manuals. If unclear, feel free to ask.

12. Can I get a quotation?

Absolutely! Whether it's for insurance, price comparison, or commercial needs, we've got you covered. Note: We provide quotes remotely without site visits.

13. What is Enhanced Shipping Coverage?

Enhanced Shipping Coverage goes above and beyond your standard protections. Our team will expedite any damaged or lost item queries, notify us of damage in transit 72 hours after receiving your parcel instead of 24 hours and you will enjoy up to a 45 day returns window instead of 30 days. Standard conditions still apply and this will not speed up the couriers processes, it also does not change the terms and condition of our returns policy, it only extends the window.
