Christmas Holiday Period

 

Another Year Has Come and Almost Gone!

We wanted to let you know about the cut-off dates and closure periods for deliveries and client services over Christmas.

Our service team are taking a break from 19/12/24 until 3/1/2025. You can still send messages, phone messages and email us during the break.

You can also place orders 24/7 on our website and they will be processed in the order they are received.

NOTE: Couriers are experiencing delays in delivery times as they work through the Christmas and New Year increase in parcels. This means deliveries can take an additional 5 to 10 working days to the standard 1 to 10 working days for delivery.


Despatch Dates For all Stocked Products

We have now had our final pickup of 2024. Orders will resume despatching on 3/1/2025, you may receive a tracking number prior to this date.


Placing Orders

You will be able to place orders right through Christmas and New Year, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.


Air Dry Made to Order Clothesline Christmas Cut off Dates

Air Dry Made to order clotheslines have reached the pre-Christmas cutoff date. This means any orders placed now, will not be manufactured until they return on 13/1/25. While you can still place orders for these products over the Christmas break, they will not commence until this date. There may also be a backlog in orders so it would be best to expect slight delays.

Courier Delivery Cut off Dates and Delivery Time Frames

Couriers also have a break to spend time with their families and slow down their services over the Christmas and New Year Period. This effects all the products we supply.

Couriers will stop collecting parcels on the 19th of December and will start again on January 3rd. Due to the growing popularity of online shopping, shipping times will increase.

If you have not received your order by December 19th, you will receive it after the couriers return to their normal scheduling on the 3rd of January 2025. They will also have a backlog to clear so it could be some days until you receive your product.

Client Services

The support team are having a break to spend time with their families and will return on 3/01/2025.
